We have a very gently/little-used HP ENVY x360 Laptop whose hinge broke just outside of warranty 1 year after purchase. HP repaired the hinge. Just today the laptop was opened and the hinge has broken again. Unfortunately, this is out of warranty but I do see a class action lawsuit regarding a few other HP models about the hinge issue. It doesn't appear the x360 is included in that. Is there any way that HP is owning up to this and still repairing these faulty hinges as they occur on the x360?
Thanks in advance.
