Product: HP EliteBook 645 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (4K022AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I usually charge my EliteBook with a normal power cable, not via the USB C port. Suddenly its completely stopped receiving power, yet when trying via USB C it works fine. I've tried the hard reset, holding power button for 60 seconds etc.. but to no avail. The BIOS firmware is up to date. I've seen problems recently with the 860 G9, that was apparently fixed with a recent bios update (U70/U71/U76 - 01.12.02 Rev.A), but there has been no update for the 645 G9 since August, and I seem to be getting the same problem as them.

Is anyone else having the same issues, and is there any solution? I'd appreciate any help, thanks.
