What I am saying is not that the AMD GPU is broken, but without a working graphics driver from HP that provides hybrid graphics, the AMD graphics woll not work.
You may have noted that AMD itself states that the drivers need to be sourced from the manufacturer of the laptop.
AMD does not provide graphics drivers for hybrid graphics video solutions.
The electronics engineers at HP make hybrid graphics a reality with their modifications of chipset on the laptop system board, firmware and specialized drivers.

The only way that would work is to downgrade your Windows 11 OS to the delivered Windows 10 operating system.
There are Windows 10 drivers in the Software & Driver download web document that will work, but only for Windows 10.

Thank you for your response, Erico. After downgrading my operating system from Windows 11 to Windows 10 and reinstalling all the drivers you mentioned, the issues persist. I checked the Device Manager and found that the graphics card (RX540) has still not been detected. I also downloaded a third-party program, HWiNFO, to check the specifications and discovered something unusual: it shows "PCIe v2.0 x0 (5.0 GT/s) @ [DISABLED]." What does this mean?

I used the rejected images you posted to see exactly which parts are in your laptop.
The PartSurfer shows that your laptop contains a

It has Intel integrated graphics as part of the processor.
The laptop does not have discrete graphics.

Thanks. Good catch.
The only thing I can surmise at this point is that the Discrete graphics solution is no longer functional since it does not respond to the specialized hybrid graphics driver installation.
