Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello Team,

 

I'm unable to use the Fingerprint and the face recognition option and it says Fingerprint  and Face recognition option is currently unavailable, Tried installing drive but didn't worked out.

Not ALL machines have those options. Did you buy those options for your machine ?  Page 4 of the manual clearly says that

Also on page 9 for camera
