Hi, I wonder if anyone has already found a solution for this issue.

So the laptop isn't detecting the monitors connected to the HP USB-C Dock 5.

There would be no issue if I connected these monitors directly to the PC.

The PC runs Win11 Pro 23H2. I already updated all the drivers.

If I connected a different HP laptop (ProBook) to the same Dock 5, there's no issue detecting the monitors.

No reason based on the hardware in the laptop it would not work. Your USB-C ports are Thunderbolt Gen 4 and should put out an alt-DP signal which should pass though the dock to one of the Displayport ports

 

Does the dock pass though power to the laptop?
