Hello,
I do not find the driver for this specify model
I tried with some solutions I saw in the community but did not resolve it.
Someone knows or has the driver for this computer model?
It's a desktop computer.
Thanks!

Did you try manually installing the driver?
If not, go to the device manager.
Click on the PCI serial port needing the driver.
Click on the Driver tab.
Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp147824.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
The actual driver setup information file for that hardware ID is found in sp147824\src\driver\Drivers\SOL_REL

Hi:
Please post the hardware ID for the PCI Serial Port that needs a driver, and I will see if I can find the driver you need for it.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:
How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager (howtogeek.com)

Hello,
Thanks for the answer!
Here are the IDs I found for this driver:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A363&SUBSYS_8476103C&REV_10
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A363&SUBSYS_8476103C
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A363&CC_070002
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A363&CC_0700
Also, if you allow me a second question, once you have all drivers updated and there is no errors/warnings in Device Manager, can you delete the content you have in the folder SWSetup?

You're very welcome.
Below is the link to the driver you need for that device.
Driver - HP Engage Flex Pro-C Retail System | HP® Customer Support
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted:
[Intel.ntamd64.6.1]
%SRL_DeviceDesc% = Intel_ComPort, "PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A363&CC_0700" ;ME12.0 - CNL-H
Yes, you can delete the SWSetup folder after you have installed all of the drivers.
Just make sure that if the folder was on the drive when you got the PC from HP, that there aren't any HP program installation files not found on the support page you need to save.
You may want to save those installation files.
