Product: Envy 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The left hinge on my HP Envy 17 is broken. The screws have broken away from the plastic foundation so aside from using epoxy to reattach I have no way to fix it. I have done some research and it looks like this has been a recurring issue. I love my laptop and really would just like it repaired so it's usable.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
