HP Envy 360 aluminum case has bent and distorted my USB port. what next? laptop about a month old.

I have never experienced anything like this on the Thinkpads and Surface Pro

I specifically bought the laptop because the aluminum frame was allegedly tough AND a Thule case for safe carrying.

I did not drop the laptop. I must have bumped it but this would not have been significant. 

This frame is like butter.
