HP envy 360x display issue. I had to call 3rd in last 4 months regarding display or hinge issue. The service do not respond well with the solutions. Spare part takes more than 25 days each time and I lost all my academic credits due to breakdown of my laptop display which was repaired and replaced just 1 month ago. They just keep saying that ETA for spare part is delayed or  postpone and they can't expedite considering the urgency of customers.
