My laptop which I purchased this year August 2019,(2 months) everything is perfect except for the hinges. Initially, it was very well aligned later I am starting to notice the gaps on the sides of the laptop, where the left side has more gap when compared to the right side especially when the lid is closed. And it looks like the right hinge is slightly misaligned when compared to the left Hinge. I didn't bother it much thou. But later the situation is worsening like the gaps are increasing on the left side and the right side hinge alignment is being more worsened. Each day passed the hinges are getting out of shape. Now the left side hinge is also being out of shape. Now when I look at the laptop fully closed and look from top the Lid is slightly more aligned to the right side which is clearly seen. I always make sure to open the lid from the center of the screen. Still, the same issue is arising. When I took to the HP service centre in Khaleej Centre, Dubai, UAE they said that nothing can be done and this is a usual manufacturing defect with HP products. Kindly advice me is this true and what can be done in this matter.
