I have a Envy x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15m-ed1023dx. I recently opened the laptop and the left hinge broke and cracked the screen. This happened with normal use of just opening the laptop. Searching online this has apparently been happening with HP laptops for years. My laptop is out of warranty since 04/22. I am a long time HP customer and I just bought my wife a new HP laptop. What are my options for repair? Any help would be appreciated,

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. However, the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
