HP Envy making weird sound

My new HP envy is constantly making really annoying and unhealthy sounding sound besides fan noise. It sounds as if plastic fan would be rubbing against piece of polystyrene constantly, its not really loud but it tends to become really prominent in fairly quiet environment.

I am not aware of a software fix for "making really annoying and unhealthy sounding sound".

New computer is covered under warranty.  Contact Tech Support.
