The following link shows its specs

1. It does NOT have Finger Print scaner (*)
2. It has IR Camera for Face detection (Hello),
3. No, no color choice. If you wish different color, buy a different model/procduct.
(*) It specs does not say anything about Finger Print but it has Biometric Fingerprint Reader pre-installed because Fingerprint reader (select products only) therefore HP may install all software in one go.
