Hello!

I am writing with exactly same problem: brand new HP Envy laptop making loud static noise through fan/speakers.

I was on the phone with support and updated BIOS with the HP representantice help. It did not help.

 

How did HP resolve the issues of customers writing here? Is there any support? Cn I return the computer if no help is offered? Laptop looks nice and works well but the sound is unbearable. It is not acceptable for a brand new laptop to make more noise than my 6-year-old one. I would be grateful for help. Thank you!
