HP Recommended

Hello,

my HP Envy x360 15-eu0177ng is not turning on anymore. Power LED is lighting up, battery is charging. Nothing happens if I press the power button. No keys are lighting up, no fan noice, nothing on the display.

 

What I've already tried:

- Hard Reset

- Pressing the windows button + B, then power button

- Battery disconncted, only powering with power cable

- Only battery

- New keyboard

- New ram

 

Any ideas?
