HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D7AV)

My Current Storage is PCIe Gen 3 x 4 (512GB).
I want to upgrade it to 1TB Gen 4 is this possible?
Or I need to go with Gen 3 x 4 1 TB.
My processor can Support Gen 4 SSD.
My laptop Hp Envy x360: Core-i7 1250U, 8GB Ram 4267MHz.
My motherboard will support or not I don`t know?
Please suggest.

Hi:

I believe it will support a Gen 4 NVMe SSD.

The product specs for the model series indicate that HP offered PCIe 4 x 4 NVMe SSDs in the model series.

Thank you very much for your response. My current NVME (sn530 sdbpnpz-512g-1006) power consumption: 75mW.

What would be the suitable power consumption for my laptop?

I am thinking its a compact laptop.

If I install nvme having more power consumption, it may heat up my pc components.

I am planning to replace with 2TB Gen 4 NVME.

Eagerly waiting for your reply.

You're very welcome.

I'd go with the WD Blue SN580:

I could only find the power draw specs for the 1 TB model.

That I wouldn't know.

I doubt it.

The Samsung 980 Pro was designed to run cool.

Then What should I do?

I've given you my recommendation.

The SN580.

I have nothing further to write about this topic.
