HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 (169X0AV)

I bought an HP Envy X360 Convertible laptop back in July 2021 from Costco Canada.

The laptop right hinge is broken and popes out when opening screen. The laptop is used for home use occasionally. This hasn't not been dropped or mistreated anyway.

I purchased an HP based on my positive experience with the HP Line of Products and am very disappointing to find that this is a regular problem that has been posted about numerous times within this forum as well as other forums. This happened with in Two and a Half years of product purchased. Normally this not expected to happened in during the normal life of the product (expected life of Five years). Being that this is a regularly reported and known issue I would greatly appreciate it if HP could repair my laptop and address this issue via a recall or redesign. I thought I purchased one of the best products available and was happy to pay a higher price for an HP, so to see this known issue is very shocking. Any help would b e greatly appreciated.
