Hi everybody,
hope you're fine in these strange times...
Anyway, a month ago, my HP envy screen popped out, just when the laptop was sitting unused.
the screen is pressure molded, probably, and due to manufacturing error it popped loose.
Anyway, i called the warranty service and they picked it up and repaired. it took 2 weeks.
When i received the laptop back with a new screen, i noticed a yellow spot on the left low corner. the tech guy installing it probably squeezed it there or IDK.
Somebody knows where i can find the Email of HP of israel warranty Supervisor? i am sick of these Lab repairs and they should have given me a new Laptop as i asked for.
it's broken under warranty Period, due to manufacturing issues...
Nowadays a laptop won't be repaired to factory brand new condition...
what do you guys think? what should i do?
