HP Envy x360 Trouble Booting

HP Envy x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Team- I have an HP Envy x360 that is like 4 months out of warranty and is having trouble booting up.  I used to have trouble waking up from sleep giving a "CMOS 502" error, now after either turning it off or rebooting it won't start up normally.  After time and many power button pushes it will eventually start.  Here's what I've tried:
*Updated the BIOS and all drivers

*Windows updates completed

*Took the back off, disconnected the battery, after 30 minutes reseated the battery

Non of this seems to have changed the issue.  Including a screenshot of the error that comes up when we can finally get it to boot.  Anyone have any suggestions on what to try next?  Thanks in advance!CMOS ERROR.jpg

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I understand that you are getting a CMOS 502 error on your computer and are unable to use your keyboard, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.

To resolve the issue you are facing, you would try restoring the BIOS to factory defaults. But if the keyboard is not working, you will not be able to access it.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi Echo Lake- I didn't exactly see a BIOS reset option in the BIOS, but I did a "factory reset"- will see if that works- thanks!

To determine the issue you are confronting, you would take a stab at reestablishing the BIOS to processing plant defaults. Yet, on the off chance that the console isn't working, you won't have the option to get to it.
