Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are trying to update new system board but cannot get information on HP Parts Surfer.
I have a few recommendations
- Press and hold the power-on button for at least 5-6 seconds until it powers off completely
- Press the power-on button once to start the PC - Try opening the HP Start up menu during boot by using Esc button
- Then hit F1 key to open System Information
Some of this info can be collected from HP Parts Surfer website with the serial number under the “Advanced” tab, You have to enter “Select a country or region” otherwise it would say no data found.
