Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good Day everyone, I hope you are well,

So I have an interesting issue here, This laptop (Product number 4UL30EA). I got this laptop from someone and they said the laptop is slow and would freeze at random times after 3 months of upgrading to Windows 11 ( Yes I know it is unsupported). After investigation, I tested the following, Extensive HDD test, Memory, and full hardware test on HP's Diagnostics tests. I decided to do a format and reload, both with 11 and 10. Nothing worked. I concluded that the HDD was failing due to the extremely slow performance of the laptop. we purchased an SSD, the same size as the original HDD. Nothing changed. I tried again 10 and 11. I changed the memory, upgraded the memory, and changed the charger from 45W to 65W, no change. I replaced the battery and kept the 65W charger which was not standard as well as the 45W. No change. I removed the battery and CMOS for 30 minutes. No change. After all that I tried both clean installs of 10 and 11. Nothing. Here is the kicker, HP Support assistant freezes the laptop after the screen that allows login or Guest. HP UEFI Diagnostics Tool installation freezes the machine if I try and install manually and lastly, if I use a USB with HP Cloud Recovery to try and format and reload the OS specifically for that PC, once I click on install it freezes on 0% and will eventually restart and start the process all over. During all this, most times if it freezes it will restart and the event viewer will show nothing. If it does not restart then I will have to force restart and no logs will show. Even with Windows updates, it will stop at configuring Windows updates at 99% and continuously restart forever.

Thanks

Help would be appreciated.
