HP G2 Dock dead after firmware update

Hi, 

 

I just got an HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G2. I plugged it in for the first time and only what was plugged in to the usb port were responsive. So, I installed the drivers available on the HP downloads page. Halfway through the firmware update (1.0.63.1 Rev.A), the update stopped. Now the dock won't light up when connected to the laptop. I see the power light on in the back but no connection from the dock. Any suggestions or is it a hardware issue?

I tried it on another laptop, works fine.
