what are the issue in mixing up differnt latency ram

the stock one with this laptop has c11

and the gskill ripjaw has c9

what will happen if i mix both of them together to make a 12gb

Hello sir, I want to get this laptop but I would like to get some info on it. Firstly, is the warranty valid here in India?
Secondly,how did you manage to upgrade its ram and ssd?
