Hello!

Whenever I try pressing F3 or F4 keys, I got such warning message with title HP Hotkey Support and empty body.

vladko01_0-1699232448087.png

When I installed HP Hotkey Support patch from HP website (SP145069), it did not fix the issue.

When I tried to repair HP Hotkey Support via Control Panel - I finally was able to change the brightness, but still, it was accompanied by this warning message.

Even restoring Windows to factory settings did not resolve the issue.

Please help me.

I rollbacked to the older version of drivers via Device Manager, and the problem was gone. Please consider the issue closed.

Hi, I've rolled back the drivers for the keyboard, but that has not solved the issue. Is there any other driver you recommend rolling back? Thanks
