Thanks so much! Twice... because Windows 10 keeps pussing the keyboard update. Any way to make it stop? Today it installed Keyboard 11.1.9.1 , and I had to disactivate again the service and reinstall the download that was indicated (sp91503).

Hi Pejek,
It worked great and the message is gone but when i disabled the 'HP Hotkey UWP Service' it also worked without installing the hotkey support from the link. I still installed the support from the link to be sure but does anyone know why it also worked without installing it again? The message was gone and the brightness could be changed just fine.

Hi F3-F4. If you already tried the solution on page 8, perhaps you do not have the fn key on your keyboard lit up. Try this:
1. Hold down the fn lock key. On my HP Studio Zbook x360 G5, this means I have to hold down the left shift key.
2. At the same time, press the fn key.
3. When these 2 keys are held down together, the fn key has a small light that becomes illuminated and stays on. Now when I press the illuminated fn key and the f3 key together, the screen brightness decreases. When I press the illuminated fn key and the f4 key together, the screen brightness increases.
