Hello!

Whenever I try pressing F3 or F4 keys, I got such warning message with title HP Hotkey Support and empty body.

When I installed HP Hotkey Support patch from HP website (SP145069), it did not fix the issue.

When I tried to repair HP Hotkey Support via Control Panel - I finally was able to change the brightness, but still, it was accompanied by this warning message.

Even restoring Windows to factory settings did not resolve the issue.

Please help me.

820 G3 here and I don't see the option in the newest BIOS 😞
Had to disable the HP service thingy and install SP91903.

If your solution worked, it will be useful to all those people who have laptops with a newer BIOS.
