Hello!
HP Support assistant told me there was un update available: HP IR Camera driver.
I launched the update many times, but it always failed and I was not able to findUpdate failed any IR device in my Device Manager.
What's happening?
Do I have an IR camera onboard or not?
Thank you in advance.
Best regards.

This could be an update mistake. Since updates are send for several models at the same time. Now Few Models might have features not available on similar models from different country
If everything is working fine, please ignore the update

@Fast_Beaver Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are unable to install the camera driver.
According to the specification. This model does not have IR camera.

@Praveen196 thank you for your answer.
I hane NO issue with the IR camera, the only issue is that HP support assistant proposed me to update the driver for IR Camera, and the update fails.
But obviously, if I do not have phisically an IR camera , the driver installation will fail.
But why does HP suggest to update a driver for a device non phisically present? 🙄
Best regards.
