HP Laptop - 15s-du2002tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Laptop - 15s-du2002tu right hinges is cap broken/cracked due to Hinges jammed or some Hinges mechanical problem. The laptop was not dropped or defective as a result of accident, misuse, liquid spills, abuse, contamination, or other external causes.. When I open and close the laptop and due to jam the hinge started cracking near my laptop's right hinge plastic cap. The laptop does not close at all without really forcing it to close, and it appears that further damage might be caused by closing the laptop The Laptop part damage due to hinge issue and it break the plastic part that is clear visible so it should be replaced under warranty.

I request you in order to look up your case details and help us to resolve this issue by replace the parts (hinge, cap) of my laptop.

Regards

Sanjay

A request here will do no good. We here on the Forum have no access to case details. You have to proceed through your warranty. I will try to escalate this to an HP employee who can perhaps redirect your inquiry.
