Hi:

 

Unfortunately, HP does not have a service manual for your notebook's model series.

 

HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 Manuals | HP® Customer Support

 

The manual on the older model 15s-fq2xxx model series covers the even older model 15s-fq0xxx model series.

 

Usually notebooks with the Pentium silver processors have one memory slot.

 

The Intel specs for your notebook's processor indicate that it will support 16 GB of memory.

 

Intel® Pentium® Silver N6000 Processor

 

You may want to open up your notebook and confirm that there is only one memory slot and not 2.

 

If there is one, you should be able to install 1 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory and if there are two slots, 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-3200 memory.
