Hi, you can know your hp laptop type by installing HP Support assistant By downloading it https://support.hp.com/id-en/help/hp-support-assistant

I can't do this as the machine is not in my possession. I have tried to use Google Images but can't find one that looks like this. I was hoping for a visual identification.

The information in the following article (it is in Spanish but you can use an online translator) can probably help you as it is a compilation of the different ways to know the product number and product name.
