Hi Team,

 

I am facing display issue in my HP laptop PC 15-dw3000. The display is not good, it has worn out and request to replace the same. Kindly do the needful!

Thank you for contacting HP Support regarding your HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 display concern.
 

If the display appears worn out, faded, damaged, or showing abnormal screen quality, we recommend having the notebook physically inspected by an HP Authorized Service Center so the team can properly check the panel condition and help with the replacement process if required.
 

  • If the device is still under HP warranty: 
    • The HP Authorized Service Center can check and assist with the repair/replacement as per warranty terms. 
  • If the warranty has expired: 
    • There may be service and part replacement charges. 

Please carry:

  • The laptop, 
  • Power adapter, 
  • And proof of purchase, if available.
