HP Recommended

Hello. My HP Pavillion laptop is 5 years old with no warranty. There is exterior damage on one edge and the headphone jack doesn't work when I plug it in. I tried finding a repair option on this website but I was not able to do so. I already tried Geek Squad from Best Buy, but they didn't have the parts to do the repair. Can HP still repair this 5 year old laptop?
