Hi, I'm thinking of buying an HP laptop with 32GB RAM and 2TB SSD from Costco.com:
HP ENVY 16" Touchscreen Laptop - 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13700H - GeForce RTX 4060 - WQXGA (2560 x 16...
However, I need 4TB SSD, which is not offered by Costco.
(1) Would it be possible to use the external SSD also sold by Costco.com:
SanDisk 4TB Extreme Go SSD
and swap the SSD inside the external drive with the internal SSD of the laptop (i.e., do they have the same form factor, etc.)?
(2) If that's possible, I wonder if the contents of the original internal SSD of the laptop can be transferred to the original external SSD (now inside the laptop) so that the laptop boots from the new SSD of 4TB capacity.
(3) If that's not possible, what internal SSD and external case combination would you recommend me to buy for the drive/data swapping?
(4) ["Newly added"] Is it possible to just add an additional SSD (2TB~4TB) in addition to the original 2TB SSD?
Thank you in advance for your help!
