Hello, I am facing a serious issues with my laptop's battery.

 

When I charge my laptop, after getting fully, my laptop not charging, I check battery icon on Windows 10, It only show "time" remaining, not show charging. But led next my power button still be white ( it mean fully ).

Then, after using my laptop, my battery still drops (maybe 1%, and battery icon on Windows just getting charging ), and when it get fully charging, battery show not charging ... it continues like that ...

 

I think it maybe an issue in recognizing charging status.

As you see in this video, the charging indicator LED is white but windows 10 show 98% and time remaining (not show charging)

 

This issue makes my laptop change between charging status and charged status in every 1-2 minutes. I'm worry it can break my battery ...
