HP LAPTOP

I have an HP Laptop with Radeon Graphics (REALTEK RADIO MODEL), Model RTL8723DE.

My laptop suddenly stopped working. Days before it happen, I noticed that my laptop is so hot while I am using it, so I focus the fan on the laptop to cool down and it cool down. From then I always focus the fan on the laptop while I’m using it which I know it will help to cool down until the day that my laptop suddenly stopped. I thought the battery was low or empty that I never noticed. I plugged it on and I checked the battery status which says that the battery power supply is 96% available. Since the battery charge still high I removed the charger and tried to turn it on without charging but it didn’t work. I plugged it back to see what will happen and I tried to turn it on and it works and the battery is still on the 96%. I tried to rest the hardware hoping to work normally again after resting and cooling it down but it didn’t work without charging.

I tried to search and hoping to find a solution but nothing.

To sum up, these are my issues:
- Battery didn’t change for 96% status
- the hardware didn’t work or turn on if not charging

@denemine

The RTL info you provided only indicates the laptop uses a WiFi chip with integrated LAN. It tells us nothing about the laptop model or age.  So, please provide that information.
