HP MINI

I have a very old HP MINI that I want to give to my sister who cannot afford a computer but has learned during the pandemic that she needs one. However it has been boxed away for years and will no longer take a charge. I’m guessing the internal battery is dead. Is it replaceable. Anything I should try before I take it to a repair shop?

Thanks-JK

I can't get its Official Specs, could be the following machine which is more than 10 years old now:

Can you turn it ON using AC source ? It not, battery may NOT wake it up.

For battery, you can replace it using part # 537626-001 but   Part 537626-001 is no longer supplied. Please order the replacement, 537627-001.

You can use part #

 537627-001
