MY NOTEBOOK CPU WILL NOT RUN MICROSOFT WINDOWS 11 OS....THE CPU IS A 7TH GEN INTEL I7-7500U 2.90 GHZ...ANY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR UPGRADED CPU.....MAYBE AN INTEL I7-10700F 10TH GEN CPU??? INTEL I7-4940MX?

No, it is impossible to upgrade CPU alone. You have to buy a new System board with new CPU (if available) and new license of Windows.
