Where I can download BIOS and hard drive firmware updates for HP Notebook - 15-ac133ns?

On the product software support page there is literally nothing to download.

HP has retired support for the 15-ac1xx model series because it is more than 10 years old.

Below is the link to the last BIOS update HP released for your notebook (F.29)

Your notebook uses the same drivers as the HP 250 G4 which is the business PC equivalent of yours.

Do not use the latest BIOS update on that support page because it was only for the 250 G4.

Yes, as long as your PC has the same model equipment you want to update.

I don't believe the HP Consumer Desktop / Notebook PC ME Firmware Update is supported.

This 3rd party website indicates that the Softpaq number for the HP Consumer Desktop / Notebook PC ME Firmware Update for your notebook's model series is sp96325.

Do you think It will work in my laptop?

According to the release notes it should.

The F.29 BIOS update release notes indicate it is good for the following notebooks and it worked for yours.

Don't ask me why it doesn't indicate HP Notebook 15ac but none of the BIOS updates do.

Now, if you look at the Intel management firmware update's release notes, it shows it is good for the following models which are in that long list:

HP Notebook 15q
HP 250 G4 Notebook PC
HP 256 G4 Notebook PC

It hasn't let me update Intel ME with that file.

The message indicates the BIOS doesn't have a compatible SSID for update to install. 

There's nothing you can to install that update.
