Intel® Core™ i5-8265U (1.6 GHz base frequency, up to 3.9 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 6 MB cache, 4 cores) CPU unit .. also 4gb ram have.. i have big problem...my laptop is run is very slow...i need to run well... what is solution... i need to upgrade ram... also i think i need to move SSD....can i know my laptop has m.2 slot....and maximum ram bus speed and matching ram cards and SSD I need know..... please help me friends. thank you

Hi:

 

Your notebook has a M.2 slot that supports NVMe SSD's.

 

Your notebook can support 2 x 8 GB of memory.

 

The fastest speed your notebook's processor can run the memory at is 2400 MHz.

 

See chapter 1 of the service manual for the memory upgrade info and supported drive types...
