HP Notebook 15t-dy100 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, bought this notebook as a spare a year ago, finally opened it a week ago, and this notebook 'crashes' - and the only way I can describe this is by showing you a video. I need help to diagnose what is happening and then figure out how to fix. Thank you.

Here is the video - I would leave the notebook ON, playing a youtube video and notebook would crash in around 10 mins.

@stanusj

It is a CTO machine therefore we won't be able to get its full specs. Please download and install Intel video driver first

 Hope this can fix software problem. Do you have an external monitor to connect to check hardware problem ?

Regards.

Thank you @banhien. I downloaded and installed the graphics driver. Unfortunately, it 'crashed' again. I have now rebooted and attached it to an external monitor and letting it run. I have for now switched off the local lcd screen, and left the external monitor running to see if it isolates the issue.

I ran the notebook on an external monitor, for close to 1.5 hours until it froze. There was no fuzz like the lcd panel, but just froze. Any other ideas ? Thanks.
