Your Ryzen processor is soldered on the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
According to your service manual (on page 2), your model supports 16 GB (2x8 GB) DDR4-2400 memory but may handle 32 GB (2x16).

Click this link and run the wmic command to find the max RAM capacity of your model.
2 Steps to Check Maximum RAM Capacity of Your Computer
If it reports 32 GB, you can install 2x16 GB DDR4-2400. If you use DDR4-2666 or 3200, it'll run at 2400, as that is the max speed your Ryzen can support.
Your model supports M.2 NVMe SSDs. You can install an NVMe SSD of your preferred capacity, 512 GB, 1 TB or more.
The best upgrade option would be to increase the RAM to 32 GB (2x16) and install an M.2 NVMe SSD and install Windows on it. You can use the hard drive for data storage if you wish.
You can get an M.2 NVMe SSD and memory like these.
