The specs of your machine is

It does not have any port/slot for you to install a video card (Internal nor External). Actually, we can not upgrade nearly all consumers notebooks without buying new machine (at the same time). Some more expensive machines now have Thunderbolt™ 3 port(s) and you can use external video card.
I think in few more years, new machines would all have Thunderbolt™ 3 port(s).
