Hello, Im trying to Upgrade windows 10 to version 1703 and and i Got error 0x8000ffff.

 

Can Anybody help?

Looks like I guessed the reason. You have the AMD A10-8780P processor and you must upgrade to the latest BIOS before trying to do the Creator and/or Fall Creator update. 

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp80001-80500/sp80252.exe

 

Install the BIOS linked above. Reboot and then try the Windows update. It should work.

Please provide the exact model. Some HP Notebooks need a BIOS upgrade to get to Build 1703.

Ok i just finished the restart and i dont think its normal for my fans to start running so loud during the BIOS download.

 

is it normal?

Yes the fans will kick in while the BIOS update is happening. Let it finish
