OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0018tx
Microsoft Windows 11

Since a week I am getting problem with the fan it is continously running with much noise since last 1 week I visited service center and they reflashed the BIOS, cleaned the fan, removed all the dust and reapplied the thermal paste still the fans are running continously with high noise and the BIOS setting "Keep Fan always on" is disabled but the fans are running continously even in BIOS. I reinstalled windows and updated all the drivers but that didn't help I installed SpeedFan and it shows fans are running at around 3000 rpm always and temps are around 35-40 °C.

I suggest returning to the HP Service Center and asking them to take care of the issue.

Bring a copy of the documentation on the last visit to present as proof of the problem existing.

You should to do this while the notebook is still in warranty to prevent out of pocket costs.

They are not able to resolve or even understand my problem.
