My HP Omen battery is draining too fast, the battery itself is SR03XL, the specs are i5-9300H, GTX 1650 4GB RAM, and 144Hz screen.
I have tried the solution here -> (HP Omen battery drain ) but to no avail. The battery should last 2 - 4 hrs[content removed]. I have just tested right now, doing nothing but chrome and the battery lasts ONLY 1 hr. Please help!

I don't challenge what you are saying -- because you are at the laptop and know how long the battery lasts.
But, you are not just "using Chrome" -- there is much more to it than that. If you have only one tab open and are viewing a website with very little active content, then I would expect more battery life.
But I recently saw a thread where the person has at least 20 Chrome tabs open and was streaming video in at least one of the tabs!
Streaming video is one of the most resource-demanding things you can do. So if you are looking at videos using Chrome, then this battery drain is to be expected.

I said they were streaming video in 1 tab -- so if you are doing the same, that explains the battery drain.

Go to the Omen Center, turn on your comfort setting. Also use the undervolting option and set it to intelligent. In your browser be sure to disable any hardware acceleration. Also turn off the keyboard LED backlights and turn your monitor backlight down as well. If you are consuming media (videos, music, et cetera) do so with headphones or a bluetooth device. Playing sound out of the speakers, especially turned up is a huge drain on the Omen laptops.
I only get about 90 min of use on a full charge if I am using my Omen 15-dh1000 the way I would normally use it while plugged in.
