Hi @karen-omen

The images you provided show a battery that has a failure code. It has a test date of 1/1/01, which strikes me as quite strange.

You said that you have replaced it twice. Did you replace the battery with guaranteed compatible units?

The lack of failure codes  in the test when  I convert the error code  of 6ANKGX-8HFA95-MFPX6K-CODN23 to real world information would seem to indicate that there is an issue with the S.M.A.R.T. reporting function of the battery.

Since you came here and posted the issue instead of having the supplier replace the battery with a new one is that because there was no warranty?

I suggest replacing the battery with one that provides a one year warranty.

For myself that is one of the absolute requirements when sourcing a replacement battery.

If a supplier doesn't provide a one year warranty with the sale of a battery, the company doesn't get my business.

At least that way you would have the recourse of the supplier replacing the battery under warranty if it stopped being serviceable within the warranty period.
