HP Pavilion 14-ce0006na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased this laptop in May 2019. One Hinge is broken. On reading various forum, it’s informing that should be covered in warranty but after opening the case, HP informed me that hinge broken where clips are broken so not covered. They saying if screw came loose or some glue issue, they could have resolved under warranty. Now as a help their sales team is telling me to fix it in £175. TBH this is tip off for one hinge and showing various local stores they all saying it’s a very bad design which breaks hinge within a year. This laptop is used very gently by one person always. One my friend also had the same issue with this models and design. I would have thought such issues must be covered in warranty and must be repaired by companies.
