Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  after reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have 1 TB 7200 rpm SATA hard drive installed on the PC. Dual storage configuration 1 TB, 5400 rpm, 9.5 mm/7.2 mm hard drive + 128 GB SATA, TLC, M.2 solid-state drive.

To get the answer to this question, your computer model does not support dual storage.
