Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs3001nj

I am trying to use my laptop (HP Pavilion 15 cs3001nj) with my DELL dock (WD19TBS) and the laptop does not get any power (also the monitor which connected to the dock does not recognize the laptop). What can I do in order to fix it?

 

I already installed the drivers here but it changed nothing.

It USB-C port is NOT a Thunderbolt™ port therefore you can NOT connect to any Thunderbolt™ dock including your Dell dock.
