Product: Pavilion 17-e003eb Notebook P
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Support Assisstant told me i have new updated including the BIOS but the updates stuck at the final stage, also happens for cyberlink photodirector, what to do? PS: can anyone give me the sp76846.exe so i can update is manually?

Nope. I opened it myself from the temp folder after closing it from task manager.

Somethimes a program, programming or settings might stop HPSA successfully installing BOIS, hence donwnload the BIOS and install:
